Which artwork files should I send?
Vector AI, EPS or editable PDF files are preferred. You may also send a clear PNG or JPG for review if vector artwork is not available.
Will I receive an artwork proof before production?
Yes. A digital proof showing the layout and confirmed product details is prepared for approval before production begins.
Which custom lanyard printing methods are available?
Common options include screen printing, dye sublimation and woven designs. The best method depends on the artwork, colours, detail level, budget and intended use.
Can I customise the width, colour and attachments?
Yes. Width, length, strap colour, print method, hooks, buckles, safety breakaways, badge holders and badge reels can be reviewed as part of the specification.
How long does custom lanyard production take?
Timing depends on the design, quantity, material, attachments and production schedule. The quotation will include an estimated production and delivery timeline for the confirmed project.

Can products be delivered to a nominated customer destination?
Delivery to a nominated destination can be reviewed for suitable projects. Packing, labels, shipping terms and any neutral-packing requirements must be confirmed in the quotation.
