• recommend specifications, attachments, packaging and delivery options;
• prepare artwork proofs and coordinate approved production;

Logos, artwork, specifications and customer project information are used only to evaluate, quote and carry out the relevant project. We do not publish customer artwork or identify an end customer as a case study without permission. Project information may be shared with selected production, quality-control, packaging or logistics partners only to the extent reasonably required to complete the project.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support our business, including:

• selected manufacturing and product-inspection partners;
• couriers, freight forwarders, customs and fulfilment providers;
• website hosting, email, security and file-storage providers;
• payment, accounting, legal and professional advisers; and

We serve customers internationally and coordinate production and delivery through partners in different locations. Unconverted enquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for a continuing project, dispute, security matter or legal requirement. Order, invoice, payment and related business records may be retained for at least seven years where required for Hong Kong business and tax record-keeping. Artwork and production files are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the project, repeat orders, quality review or legal obligations.

We also use Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit to understand website visits, pages viewed, approximate geographic location, traffic sources and engagement. We do not intentionally send the contents of quotation forms, uploaded artwork or other enquiry details to Google Analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential credentials or unnecessary sensitive data.
