Custom Orders & Quality Policy

Effective date: 18 August 2026

Custom products are made specifically for the approved project and cannot usually be returned like standard retail goods. This policy explains artwork approval, cancellation and how quality concerns are handled.

1. Before Production

We confirm the available specification, quantity, price, estimated timing and delivery basis in writing. A digital artwork proof is prepared before production where required. The customer must review spelling, logo placement, colours, dimensions, attachments, packaging and other shown details.

2. Artwork Approval

Written approval authorises production according to the proof and confirmed specification. Changes requested after approval may require new artwork, materials or setup and may change price and timing. Digital displays are not reliable physical colour standards; Pantone references or approved physical samples should be agreed where exact colour matching is essential.

3. Cancellation

  • Before artwork or sourcing work begins: cancellation can normally be accepted, less any non-refundable bank or payment charges.
  • After artwork, sampling or materials have been arranged: costs already incurred will be deducted or invoiced.
  • After production begins: cancellation and refund are normally unavailable because the goods are customer-specific.

We will provide a reasonable cost explanation when a cancellation charge applies.

4. Normal Manufacturing Variation

Minor variation may occur between batches or individual units in colour, dimensions, print position, weave, stitching, hardware finish and quantity. A variation is not a defect when it is reasonable for the selected process and does not materially affect the approved appearance or intended use. If a project requires a special tolerance, it must be agreed in writing before order confirmation.

5. Reporting a Quality Concern

Inspect goods promptly after delivery. Contact sales@wezebel.com as soon as possible, preferably within seven calendar days, and provide:

  • quotation or order number;
  • quantity received and quantity affected;
  • clear photographs or video of the issue;
  • photographs of cartons, labels and packaging where relevant; and
  • a description of how the goods differ from the approved specification.

Please retain the affected goods and packaging until the investigation is complete. We may request representative samples or additional evidence.

6. Investigation

We review the approved proof, specification, production records, inspection information and supplied evidence with the relevant partner. We may distinguish between a manufacturing defect, transport damage, normal tolerance, customer-approved detail or damage after delivery.

7. Available Remedies

If goods are confirmed to be materially defective or non-conforming, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or remake of affected units, replacement parts, a reasonable credit, or refund of the affected goods. The remedy depends on severity, quantity affected, time sensitivity and practical feasibility. We do not promise a particular remedy before completing the investigation.

8. Exclusions

A remedy may not apply to issues caused by customer-supplied artwork, incorrect information approved by the customer, use outside the stated purpose, unauthorised modification, improper storage, ordinary wear, accidental damage or a reasonable manufacturing tolerance.

9. Samples and Repeat Orders

A pre-production or physical sample may be recommended for projects with strict colour, material or construction requirements. Sample cost and timing will be quoted separately. Repeat orders can vary slightly from earlier batches because of material lots and production conditions; important reference requirements should be restated with every order.
