Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective date: 18 August 2026

Custom orders and ready-to-ship products follow different delivery processes. The project quotation or Amazon listing always provides the controlling delivery information.

1. Custom Order Delivery

Custom lanyards are produced to an approved specification. The quotation will state the estimated production time, delivery method, destination and applicable shipping basis. Production time and transit time are separate.

2. When Timing Begins

Production scheduling begins after the final artwork proof and specifications are approved and the required cleared payment is received. Delays in artwork, approvals, payment or delivery information may move the estimated completion date.

3. Delivery Estimates

All production and transit dates are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly confirmed in writing. Carrier schedules, customs inspection, weather, public holidays, local disruption and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. Please tell us about fixed event dates before accepting the quotation.

4. Shipping Methods

Depending on order size, destination, timing and cost, delivery may be arranged by express courier, air freight, sea freight or another agreed service. Tracking or shipment documents are provided when available.

5. Shipping Terms, Duties and Taxes

The quotation will identify the agreed delivery basis and whether freight, customs clearance, duties or destination charges are included. Duty-paid delivery is not assumed unless specifically stated. When charges are excluded, the customer or nominated importer is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, storage and local delivery costs.

6. Delivery Address and Contact

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number and any access instructions. Additional cost caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, unavailable recipient or customer-requested rerouting may be charged to the customer.

7. Direct and Neutral Shipping

Delivery to a distributor’s nominated customer or project location and neutral packing may be available. These arrangements, including labels, packing documents and excluded branding, must be agreed in writing before production. We will not contact an end customer directly unless instructed or reasonably necessary to complete delivery.

8. Split Shipments and Storage

Split deliveries, multiple addresses, timed delivery, palletisation or temporary storage must be requested before quotation confirmation and may involve additional charges.

9. Delivery Inspection

Inspect the cartons and goods promptly. Note visible transport damage with the carrier where possible and photograph the outer cartons, labels, internal packaging and affected goods. Report concerns to sales@wezebel.com as soon as possible, preferably within seven calendar days.

10. Ready-to-Ship Products

Ready-to-ship products linked from our website are sold and fulfilled through the relevant Amazon marketplace. Availability, checkout, delivery estimates, returns and marketplace customer service are governed by the applicable Amazon listing and policies. Wezebel.com does not process those retail payments.

11. Contact

For a delivery quotation, send the quantity, destination country or postal code, required arrival date and preferred delivery method to sales@wezebel.com.
