Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 18 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to quotations and orders supplied by Wezebel Commerce Limited. A project-specific quotation or order confirmation may contain additional terms; if there is a conflict, the written project-specific terms take priority.

1. Business Customer Scope

Our custom lanyard services are primarily offered to businesses, distributors, event companies, schools, organisations and other project buyers. By requesting or accepting a quotation, you confirm that you have authority to act for the named customer or organisation.

2. Quotations and Order Formation

A website enquiry is not an order. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and remain valid only for the period stated. A binding order is formed when we issue written order confirmation after the customer accepts the final specification, price, payment terms and delivery basis and satisfies any required deposit or payment condition.

3. Specifications

The customer is responsible for checking quantities, dimensions, materials, colours, printing method, attachments, packaging, delivery details and other specifications. We may recommend options, but final suitability for a particular use remains the customer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

The customer confirms that it owns or is authorised to use all logos, names, artwork and other content supplied to us. The customer grants Wezebel and relevant production partners a limited right to use those materials only to quote, prepare proofs and fulfil the order. We do not acquire ownership of customer artwork.

5. Artwork Approval

Production will not begin until the required digital proof and specifications are approved in writing. Approval confirms acceptance of layout, spelling, colours, dimensions, attachment placement and other shown details. Changes requested after approval may increase price and lead time. Screens and ordinary digital displays cannot reproduce physical colours exactly; Pantone references and physical samples should be agreed where colour precision is critical.

6. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices, currency, payment schedule, bank charges, shipping basis, duties and taxes are stated in the quotation. Unless expressly included, import duties, local taxes, customs charges and destination fees are the customer’s responsibility. Production may be scheduled only after required cleared payment is received.

7. Production and Delivery Estimates

Production and transit times are estimates commencing after final proof approval, specification confirmation and required payment. We will communicate material changes, but dates may be affected by artwork revisions, material availability, carrier schedules, customs, weather, public holidays or events outside reasonable control. A deadline is guaranteed only if expressly confirmed in writing.

8. Reasonable Manufacturing Tolerances

Custom products may have minor variations in colour, dimensions, weave, print alignment, stitching, hardware finish or quantity that are normal for the agreed manufacturing process. These are not defects where they fall within reasonable commercial tolerance and do not materially affect the approved use.

9. Inspection and Quality Concerns

Please inspect goods promptly after delivery. If an order appears damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specification, contact sales@wezebel.com as soon as possible, preferably within seven calendar days, with the order number, quantities affected, photographs and a clear description. Please retain the goods and packaging while we investigate.

10. Cancellations and Custom Goods

Custom goods cannot normally be resold. Cancellation before production may be accepted subject to payment of artwork, samples, materials, bank charges and other work already incurred. Once materials have been committed or production has started, cancellation or refund may not be available except for an agreed quality failure. More detail is provided in our Custom Orders & Quality Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wezebel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, missed events or claims arising from customer-supplied content, incorrect approved specifications, carrier delays or circumstances outside reasonable control. Our aggregate liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the affected goods. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, labour disruption, utility failure, transport interruption, customs action or material shortages. The affected party should communicate the impact and take reasonable steps to reduce delay.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith written discussion. Questions may be sent to sales@wezebel.com.
